Paisley fell in love with Pilates through her own practice and, chasing a change of pace from her full time job, completed her training in mat and reformer teaching. With 10 years experience as a Registered Nurse in emergency and homeless health, she now feels she has reached the ultimate work-life balance by splitting her time between nursing and Pilates teaching.

Nicky has loved Pilates since taking her mum’s classes when she was a little girl, so after leaving school, it was her first endeavour to follow in those footsteps.

Jess brings energy, precision, and a deep understanding of movement to every Pilates class. She specialises in helping clients improve core strength, flexibility, and posture through mindful, personalised instruction.
