REFORMER PILATES CLASS 55+

Enhance Reformer Pilates classes are the perfect introduction for beginners who want a slower paced class and those aged 55 and up. The focus on these classes are to build your endurance, strength, balance and coordination. Like our other beginner level class, Foundation, there is an emphasis on control and alignment. This class moves at a slower controlled pace that's easy to follow and optimise your strength and confidence on the reformer.

If you are yet to do a Reformer Pilates Class, this class level is ideal for you. If you are over 55 years of age and wary about exercising with others, you will also immediately feel welcomed within this class and part of a community of like-minded individuals.

Ideal for those looking for a senior friendly class, for those who are new to Pilates or returning to exercise after a long hiatus and want to build a solid Pilates foundation. We offer options to increase the intensity of movements as we go, but overall the class is at a slower pace to emphasise control and alignment in this 50 minute class.
