PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Meg has been teaching at Return since we opened at the end of 2021.
She fell in love with Pilates herself during recovery from an injury.

Her classes are a safe and supportive space to move, challenge yourself and create a deeper connection with your body.

Outside of Pilates, Meg has completed a bachelor of global studies and intents to complete her honours.


When Meg isn't teaching, she enjoys exploring new places - both near and far! She's been lucky enough to visit Europe multiple times in recent years- learning about different cultures and experiences.
