OUR CLASSES

Explore our Pilates classes.

We have designed each reformer Pilates class to be suitable to a wide range of capabilities from beginner, to intermediate and advanced. The movement skills and strength you build through your Pilates class will increase your muscle capability, allowing you to complete more challenging exercises and movements within the reformer studio and throughout your life.

All of our instructors have been through extra training with the physiotherapists at Malvern Physiotherapy Clinic to learn how to teach each exercise with a focus on your ideal technique. You will see that this is especially the case in our foundation level classes. In the higher level classes, we will still teach you how to maintain good form, although these classes will move at a faster pace.
