Why Return Isn't Your Average Pilates Studio
If you’ve just begun your Pilates journey with us here at Return, you may have looked at the price of our classes and wondered how this cost compares to other studios, or other exercise options like a gym membership.
As a premium offering, we may not appear as ‘cheap’ as chain studios or your local gym – but when it comes to our approach to Pilates, we believe it’s an investment in your wellbeing that is well worth making. And our wonderful clients tell us the same thing!
Keep reading to learn more about what makes the experience here with us at Return Pilates stand out from the rest.
We’re a small, family-owned business
When you come to a class with us here at Return, you’re not just another face in an overcrowded studio where the instructors are different every week and no-one looks familiar. We care about you!
We’re a premium independent studio, owned by a local family and established to offer an alternative to the one-size-fits-all approach of the big chains.
We love that we get to know our clients, and that we keep our team small and our classes personal. This way, we’re able to really understand each client’s individual needs; what brought them to us in the first place, what they want to achieve through their practice, and any mobility issues they might be facing.
The flipside of this is that we don’t have a huge corporate operation behind us; so while we invest as much as we can back into our business to help keep our classes affordable for our clients, we may not be able to compete on cost with aggressively priced offers from the ‘big guys.’
We’re committed to ongoing learning
While Pilates as a practice is over a hundred years old, that’s not to say that we’re not still growing our knowledge all the time!
As a sister business to Malvern Physiotherapy Clinic, we’re aware of just how important it is to be led by evidence-based practice in everything we teach and share with our clients.
We’re committed to constant learning and upskilling across our team, making sure we’re at the forefront of the latest research and guiding you with care and best practice in every Pilates class with us.
This also means we invest a lot of resources into hiring and training the very best instructors, who share our core values and help us to bring the Return philosophy to life. Our wonderful team are highly experienced and credentialed, and we compensate them accordingly to ensure we retain this premium calibre of instructor at Return.
We grow with our clients
Something else we love about being a small, local operation? We receive feedback from our clients directly – not through an anonymous email form that goes to head office and is conveniently ‘lost’ in their inbox – and warmly address any comments we receive in whichever way is required, to constantly evolve our studio to be the best it can be.
We care for our clients as if they are members of our own family, so listening to and growing with them is always high on our priority list.
At the end of the day, we’re human, too; we’re members of the same community, and we try to create a welcoming and open environment where our clients feel comfortable to share their thoughts with us.
The quality and care you receive in every class at Return Pilates reflects our commitment to offering a premium experience for our clients. While we may not be as cheap as some other studios or a gym membership, there’s nothing cheap about the experience we offer and we’re confident your investment in regular Pilates practice is one you won’t regret.
We offer a range of cost options for you to commit to your practice with us at Return, from one-off class passes through to weekly memberships and class packs. Feel free to browse our pricing options and don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like us to guide you to the best option for you.
