Who is Foundation Plus for?

ADV Beginner Jump

For those that have developed their basic strength through our signature Foundation class and are ready to add more dynamic movements to their Pilates practice. As jumping can place more load on the hips, knees and ankles, and weaker bones, please consult your healthcare provider if you have concerns about jumping's impact on your joints and bones.
