Elevation is an intermediate level cardio class.
This class is for those with strong Pilates experience and are ready to take their Pilates to another level.
The jumpboard may be used in place of the footbar on the reformer.
You will find that this class has greater challenges on your endurance whilst working at a faster pace.

Who is Elevation for?

Intermediate

Elevation classes are for those with strong Intermediate level experience and capable of faster exercise transitions. This class will give you various options to challenge your strength and endurance while working faster. Our jump boards may be used in this class. As jumping can place more load on the hips, knees and ankles, if you have any injuries in these areas, we advise that you consult with your health professional before attending an Elevation class. Jumping not for you? As with all classes, we can make minor modifications to suit your needs. Any modifications you may require can be discussed with the instructor before or at any stage during the class.
